The T-800 Series features a bicycle-style hand pump mechanism that allows pressure or vacuum to be generated quickly and efficiently with minimal operator effort. An integrated fine adjustment valve enables precise pressure control, making it easy to achieve exact calibration points during instrument testing. This combination of rapid pressure generation and fine regulation provides excellent repeatability and stable calibration conditions.
The series is available in multiple configurations for either pressure or vacuum generation and is supplied with 1/8-inch NPT Female or 1/8-inch BSP Female process connections to accommodate various instrumentation standards. The compact and rugged construction makes it suitable for both workshop and field applications.
The pressure model is capable of generating pressures from 0 to 200 psi (13.8 bar), while the vacuum model produces vacuum down to −26 inHg (approximately −0.88 bar). The T-800 Series does not require electrical power, making it an ideal solution for portable calibration work in remote locations or hazardous environments where electrical equipment may not be practical.
