Pressure measurement is performed using precision-wound helical Bourdon tube elements, while temperature measurement utilizes a factory-sealed thermal system consisting of a stainless-steel bulb, armored capillary tubing, and a non-toxic fill fluid that converts temperature changes into mechanical movement. Each temperature system incorporates ambient temperature compensation to maintain high accuracy under varying environmental conditions.
The recorder features a rugged die-cast aluminum enclosure with a weather-resistant black polyurethane powder-coated finish, protecting internal components from corrosion, industrial fumes, and harsh outdoor environments.
