The 1010 HP utilizes the compact BK-G6 measuring module, offering a nominal flow capacity of 10 m³/h for natural gas and up to 13 m³/h for LPG applications, depending on operating conditions. Its precision diaphragm mechanism ensures high measurement accuracy, low pressure loss, and consistent performance throughout its service life.
The meter features a robust pressure die-cast aluminum body with Alodine surface treatment and a baked polyester powder coating for superior corrosion resistance. A fully sealed, UV-stabilized, anti-fog index protects the register from moisture and harsh weather conditions, making it suitable for outdoor installations and extreme climates.
The magnetic drive mechanism minimizes mechanical wear between the measuring chamber and the index, resulting in improved reliability and extended operational life. The meter is also pulse-ready, allowing easy installation of pulse output modules for remote monitoring, AMR, or automated gas management systems.
