Product Description
The MADAS FM DN40 Gas Filter (1½”) is engineered to provide efficient gas filtration by preventing particles and debris carried by the gas stream from entering sensitive control and safety equipment. Its high-capacity filter element ensures low pressure loss while maintaining excellent filtration performance. The removable cartridge design enables quick maintenance and long-term operational reliability.
Designed for harsh industrial environments, the filter operates within a temperature range of –40°C to +70°C and is available with maximum working pressures of 2 bar or 6 bar, depending on the model configuration. Standard filtration is 50 microns, with optional 20-micron and 10-micron elements available for applications requiring finer particle removal.
The FM series complies with EN 126, EU Regulation 2016/426 for gas appliances, and the PED 2014/68/EU Pressure Equipment Directive, ensuring safe and reliable operation in industrial gas systems.
