Working Principle

The Corken PZ-10 works by creating a pressure differential between the suction and discharge sides of the pump.

  1. Liquid LPG enters through the suction connection from the storage tank.
  2. The pump transfers the LPG through its internal pumping mechanism.
  3. Pressure is generated to overcome the pressure losses in the piping and filling equipment.
  4. Liquid LPG is discharged toward the cylinder filling manifold, receiving tank, truck, or process system.
  5. The filling system controls the final filling operation using appropriate valves, scales/meters, and safety devices.
