Working Principle

The REGO 1788 B operates by using a diaphragm and spring-loaded regulating mechanism. Gas enters the regulator at the inlet with a higher pressure. The internal mechanism senses the downstream pressure and automatically adjusts the valve opening.

When downstream pressure decreases, the regulator opens further to allow more gas to flow. When downstream pressure increases toward the set pressure, the valve moves toward the closed position, maintaining a relatively stable outlet pressure.
