Prinsip Kerja

TEXSTEAM 5100 bekerja menggunakan tekanan gas atau pneumatik yang menggerakkan assembly diafragma dengan mekanisme spring return. Pergerakan diafragma tersebut akan menggerakkan plunger stainless steel di dalam injection head sehingga menghasilkan aliran injeksi kimia dengan sistem positive displacement.

Kecepatan pompa dikontrol dengan mengatur aliran pembuangan gas (exhaust gas discharge), sedangkan volume output diatur melalui kontrol panjang langkah (stroke length control). Rotary three-way valve yang digerakkan oleh pegas akan secara otomatis membalik siklus pemompaan untuk menghasilkan operasi kontinu.
