It automatically maintains either zero outlet gas pressure or a constant air-to-gas pressure ratio, ensuring precise gas-air mixing and stable burner performance under varying operating conditions. The regulator is widely used in industrial burners, boilers, furnaces, ovens, kilns, and thermal process equipment operating with natural gas, LPG, biogas, or other dry, non-aggressive gases.

Supplier Gas Ratio Regulator MADAS AGP/RC – AG/RC

The regulator operates by sensing the combustion air pressure and proportionally adjusting the downstream gas pressure. When configured as a Zero Governor, it maintains the downstream gas pressure at approximately zero, allowing the burner venturi to draw only the gas required for combustion. When configured as an Air/Gas Ratio Regulator, it maintains a constant gas pressure proportional to the combustion air pressure, providing accurate air-fuel control over the entire burner operating range. The gas-to-air ratio can be adjusted from 1:1 up to 1:10 using an optional ratio modification kit, while special versions are available with gas-to-air ratios from 2:1 to 10:1.

The AGP/RC is the compact version, available for DN15, DN20, and DN25, whereas the AG/RC is the standard version, available from DN15 up to DN100 for higher flow capacity applications. Both versions are manufactured from die-cast aluminum with threaded or flanged connections and are intended for industrial gas installations.
